WHO SHOULD I TELL IF I HAVE ANY SPECIAL NEEDS?

Please advise the person you speak with at the time of booking if you have any special needs, allergies and ailments, especially if you have high blood pressure or if you are pregnant. Also communicate with your therapist to ensure your satisfaction. This enables them to customise your service to fit your needs.

DO I HAVE A CHOICE OF THERAPIST?

Please indicate your preference when booking; however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular therapist. All of our therapists are trained to provide the highest standard of treatments. Please be advised that no inappropriate behaviour or requests will be tolerated.

IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

Yes, there is a cancellation policy. Our time is valuable not only to us but our other clients.  We require four hours notice on all single services otherwise a 50% fee will be charged.  "No Shows" will be charged full price. Groups may require a deposit and will have a longer cancellation time. Credit card details required to secure some bookings.  Public holiday surcharge may apply.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I CHECK IN?

We recommend you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to change and take full advantage of our hot pools and sauna. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. Should you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for the next appointment.
